Education: Mrs. Tejeira graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida. She obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida through its branch in Panama.

Experience: Mrs. Tejeira began her professional career in Dresdner Bank Lateinamerika AG, in areas of Fixed Term, Treasury and Private Banking. Subsequently, she worked for more than 5 years at Citibank, N.A. as Treasury Manager and responsible in addition to the brokerage house affiliate, Citivalores, S.A. In 1997, Giselle joined one of the largest private banks in Panama, PRIBANCO, where she served as Vice President of Treasury and Investment Banking, being responsible for managing the Bank's liquidity, the securities and commodities exchange positions and its offshore bank. In 2000, Mrs. Tejeira joined Banco Continental de Panamá where she worked for more than 7 years as Vice President of Treasury and Correspondent Banking, managing and developing a vast experience in relationships with financial institutions and risk rating agencies. As a result of the merger with Banco General, S.A, she was appointed Vicepresident of Financial Institutions and in charge of the offshore bank, Banco General (Overseas), Ltd. During her professional career, Mrs. Tejeira served as Director of the Board of Directors of Bolsa de Valores de Panamá, S.A. and Central Latinoamericana de Valores-LATINCLEAR. She is currently the Executive Vice President of Finance at the regional level of La Hipotecaria.

Education: Mr. Oduber obtained his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from George Mason University, Virginia, United States.

Experience: Mr. Oduber began his professional career working in the Corporate Credit Department at Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. Later, he worked for the Wall Street Securities Group for more than eight years, working mainly in the areas of Corporate Finance and Risk Management; His last position within the Wall Street Securities Group was Second Vice President of Risk Management. Mr. Oduber has held various positions in La Hipotecaria in the areas of Finance, Operations and Business Support, as well as the General Manager of the operation in Colombia. He is currently the Executive Vice President of Credits, Collections and Regulatory at the regional level.

John Rauschkolb is Founder and CEO of Banco La Hipotecaria, a Panamanian-based mortgage bank with subsidiary operations in El Salvador and Colombia.

John holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, an MA in International Management from the Lauder Institute at The University of Pennsylvania and MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, MBA.

John has thirty-eight years of mortgage-banking experience having begun his mortgage banking career in California in 1983 where he worked in the industry until 1992 before beginning his graduate studies in finance and international management. After finishing his graduate studies he became Director of Mortgage operations for Invermexico, Banco Mexicano where lived through the peso devaluation of 1994 and its aftermath.

In 1997, John founded the company that is today Banco La Hipotecaria, a regional mortgage lender based in the Republic of Panama, that specializes in the in the origination, servicing and securitization of residential first-mortgage loans to homeowners in the middle and lower-middle income brackets.  Today, La Hipotecaria services a residential portfolio of over 30,000 mortgages totaling nearly US$1 billion with an average loan size of $35,000. The company employs 250 persons in 11 offices in Panama, El Salvador and Colombia.  The La Hipotecaria has successfully completed sixteen MBS transactions, including the pioneering issuance of seven regional cross-border investment-grade rated securitization of the bank´s residential mortgage portfolio placed into U.S. markets.

John has served as a Director of the Panamanian Securities Exchange (Bolsa de Valroes de Panamá) and the Central American Clearing Agency (Central Latinoamericano de Valroes, S. A.) and the Panamanian Banking Association.  He is also an active member of the Panama Chapter of YPO.  John lives in Panama City, Panama with his wife Mayra and they have three sons, Eric, Mark and Paul.

Francisco Conto

Education: Mr. Conto has a Ph.D. in Economics from the Universidad del Rosario, Bogotá, Colombia (1978). Later, he obtained his Postgraduate degree in Private Finance, from the Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá, Colombia (1983). Later, he obtained a Diploma in Top Management from Aden Business School, Harvard University, Panama (2007).

Experience: Mr. Conto began his professional career at Citibank, N.A. Bogotá Colombia (1979-1995), where he served as Account Executive, Head of Unit of the Local and Multinational Corporate Group, Head of the Public Sector and the Financial Sector, Manager of Credit Products and Head of the Corporate Group. Later, he worked at Citibank, N.A. New York, United States (1995-1997), where he was in charge of developing countries in the Corporate Credit Process. Later, he moved to Citibank, N.A., Panama, (1997-2009), where he was appointed General Manager and Senior Credit Officer, for Panama, Honduras and Nicaragua. Currently, he is Founder and President of the consulting company FC & Asociados, S.A., Panama. Mr. Conto has served on the boards of directors of various associations and financial institutions. Additionally, he is a member of the boards of directors of Banco de Finanzas, S.A. (Nicaragua), Multibank (Panama), and Ricardo Pérez, S.A. (Panama).

Education: Mrs. Ochoa is a lawyer, graduated from the Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario (Universidad del Rosario) 1986, with qualified thesis work with merits. She also obtained a Diploma in General Insurance, awarded by the National Insurance Institute, 1991.

Experience: Mrs. Ochoa began her professional career as a junior and later senior lawyer at the firm Preciado Peña y Asociados, (third year of career-1987). Later, she worked in different positions as Lawyer of the Legal Vice Presidency of FASECOLDA, - Colombian Insurance Union, editor of the Legal Bulletin and SOAT bulletin for said Entity (1987-1989), General Secretary of the Universidad del Rosario, (1989-1991 ), Private Secretary of the first Attorney General of the Nation (1991-1994), Director of the Latino Foundation of Colombia, dedicated to studies of regional integration and financial services with Venezuela, (1994-1995), Manager, General Secretary and Lawyer of the Rodríguez Azuero Asociados law firm (1995 to 1999), Deputy Director of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (1999-2001), Director of the Pavement Research Center (2010-2012), Executive Director of the Association of Asphalt Producers and Pavers of Colombia - ASOPAC (2001-2010), and in various periods, Associate Professor to the Chair of Commercial Societies at the Faculty of Jurisprudencia of the Universidad del Rosario.
