Mr. De La Guardia obtained his B.S. from Villanova University, Pennsylvania in 1959. He has also attended specialized courses in the The Maryland Insurance School. Since 1966 he has been President and CEO of Servicios de Seguros, S.A. an important insurance agency in the Republic of Panama. Currently Mr. De La guardia is a Director and Vice President of Banco Continental de Panamá, S.A., a Director of Empresa General de Inversiones, S.A., (Banco General), Director and Secretary of Grupo ASSA, S.A., Director and Secretary of ASSA Compañía de Seguros, S.A., Director and sub-Secretary of Harinas de Panamá, S.A., Director and Treasurer of Promarina, S.A., Director and Secretary of Profuturo, S.A. (a leading Panamanian pension fund), y Director of Desarrollo El Dorado, S.A. Mr. De La Guardia was born on October 19th of 1937.

John D. Rauschkolb |
Mr. Rauschkolb obtained his bachelors degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University (1983), an MA in International Management from the Lauder Institute at The University of Pennsylvania (1994) and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, (1994).
Mr. Rauschkolb began his mortgage banking career in California in 1983 where he worked nine years at George Elkins Company, an important west-coast mortgage company where he eventually became of head mortgage operations was responsible for a servicing portfolio in excess of US$1.4 billion dollars. After finishing his graduate studies he became Director of Mortgage operations for Invermexico, Banco Mexicano where lived through the peso devaluation of 1994 and its aftermath.
In 1997, Mr. Rauschkolb founded La Hipotecaria where he has served as CEO since that date. Mr. Rauschkolb is a founder and active member of member of EO (Entrepreneurs Organization, Panama Chapter). He is also a member of YPO (Young Presidents Organization, Panama Chapter.) Mr. Rauschkolb was born on July 23, 1961. |

Lorenzo Romagosa |
Mr. Romagosa obtained a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame (1973). Later, he obtained an MBA from Florida State University (1975). Currently, Mr. Romagosa is President and CEO of the different companies that comprise Café Duran, Panama’s leading coffee producer. Mr. Romagosa is an active member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Grupo ASSA, S.A., ASSA Compañía de Seguros, S.A., Planeta Verde, S.A., and serves on the organizing committee of Expocomer. He is an advisor to the Cámera de Commercio e Industrias de Panamá. He was born on October 14th, 1952.

Nicolás Pelyhe |
Mr. Pelyhe attended the Accounting School at the University of Panama. Before joining Grupo ASSA, Mr. Pelyhe worked six years as an auditor for the accounting firm KPMG where he specialized in banking and insurance and formed part of its prestigious training group. Currently, Mr. Pelyhe is Vice President of Finance and Investments at ASSA Compañía de Seguros, S.A. and several of its subsidiary companies. Mr. Pelyhe is also Director of LatinClear, Director of Desarrollo El Dorado, S.A., Metropolitana Compañía de Seguros, S.A., Profuturo Administradora de Fondos de Pensión y Cesantía, S.A., Reaseguradora Nuevo Mundo, S.A., Telecarrier, S.A. Esteban Durán-Amat, S.A., y Planeta Verde, S.A. Mr. Pelyhe was born on October 5, 1951.

Mr. Hanono obtained his B.S. in Business Administration from the American University (1989). He is the CEO of the different companies that comprise the group Emresas Vicsons, an important Panamanian real estate investment company. Mr. Hanono is a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Grupo ASSA, S.A. and ASSA Compañía de Seguros, S.A. He was born on July 23, 1968.
